We wanted to direct readers to a nice profile of Cuisinett and its owner, Geoffroy Raby, in thesixfifty.com. The City of Good Eating has been big fans of Cuisinett since it opened, and it looks like it continues to thrive. Geoffroy is super-friendly and engaging, and all of his food is outstanding. We even highlighted the restaurant in 2019 (the Merguez sandwich is still on high rotation of dishes I order in San Carlos)!
